Fall Festival

The fall festival is such fun! The students choose their favorite pieces, a fun costume and perform in front of family and friends. I used the fall theme to pull together a couple of fun spooky drinks and “mud dessert.” Ella performed her award-winning festival pieces from the Fall Festival and the Romantic Festival. Plus, Kayla was so prepared she gave a flawless performance! I wrote a little spooky song for her that she fell loved practicing. She struggles sitting still through long recitals, so I sat her next to an older student who helped her focus on being a good audience member! I may try a stress ball next round.
