Can you believe it! Our fish Blueberry has made it to her first birthday. I find this quite amazing, particularly because the girls are responsible to feed her each day. They are clearly doing a great job. The only thing that marred this happy occasion was Stephen mentioning that it was likely going to be the only birthday she celebrated in our home since she is a "Grandma" in fish years. There were tears about that. Sigh.
