Soccer season is in full spring and besides enjoying watching Dessie pounce on the ball anytime it goes out of bounds (currently, this is her most successful soccer skill besides sprinting very quickly alongside the ball) or Ella pretend to have an asthma attack, I happened to catch the cutest Kayla moment on camera. Let it be said that Kayla is a very big fan of her classmate Easton. She says to me at least once a week: “Mom, do you know when Easton and I became BFFs?” The answer: Kindergarten. She is always very clear that they are friends and not boyfriend and girlfriend, but they are awfully sweet and affectionate. I caught them on the soccer field walking hand in hand to the park. I’m saving it for the wedding video!
