Wow! 36. Ella has been learning about "rounding up" in third grade math. She informed Stephen that he was now much closer to 40 than to 30! Our birthday boy loves celebrating in the full Lewis birthday week tradition—the idea of an extended week-long celebration is always appealing. We enjoyed Massage Monday and a cinnamon roll breakfast on Tuesday. Wednesday waffle day was a smashing success. Plus, we enjoyed a Birthday Date at Christina’s, presents (see the manly ax!) and cards galore and Stephen’s favorite: cake with homemade strawberry frosting. Happy Birthday to a truly wonderful husband and outstanding daddy! Your girls love you!
