First, you would get your choice of crawly creatures painted on your face. Get a look at those cute ladybugs.
And then, you would get to take a ride on a train...your favorite thing in the world!
This train would (naturally) be very, very fast!
You would get to choose your own pumpkin.
Then you would get to take a hay ride behind horses around Flower Mound square.
Of course, there would be animals involved in this heavenly day. You would even get to kiss a goat, which did NOT turn into a prince.
This day would not be complete without the ward trunk-or-treat. Luckily your family dressed up for the occasion. Daddy was the Mother Goose book; mommy was Mother Goose; you were a monkey; and Kayla was a spider.
Check out our book costume from a few different angles!
You love your own costume and you think your sister looks funny.
Your family had a great time and you got more candy in one day than you've had all year to date! This is your kind of day.
The best part of the entire day was when Mommy said that you would be doing more trick-or-treating in just a few days! Wow, it just doesn't get any better.

Lauren, your creativity is my kind of thing. I love how you stick with a theme. I like to do that too. It drives Brock nuts but he's a good sport!
What a perfect day! I love all your creative costumes!
You get an A+!
I love this post, and I love your costumes. You look so cute as mother goose and I love that Stephen is the book. Did you draw that? You are truly amazing.

Cute costumes! We tend to always do theme costumes as well- I wonder at what age the kids start refusing that...? Sounds like a really fun day- and with all that candy, of course Ella was in heaven!! :)
Looks like you had fun! The girls look so cute in their costumes.
