Aren't these kiddos adorable! We had an awesome trip to the zoo with our co-op preschool group. I did another interesting study in personalities....Ella woke up that morning on the wrong side of the bed and told me that she did NOT want to walk around the zoo. Well, it turns out that it was very smart of me to put Dessie in the bjorn and bring a double stroller for the two girls, because she barely left that stroller. I guess once Ella makes a decision, bad or good, she sticks with it. On the other hand, Kayla spent most of the time out of the stroller enjoying the animals and saying, "I do it myself!" The highlight moment for Ella was feeding the birds and having one land on her feeding stick. Kayla loved the tiger and the huge noises the lion was making--Dessie enjoyed her nap! I enjoyed resting my back when it was all over. The zoo was beautiful and we couldn't have asked for a better day. I can't wait to go again.
