This is the season for some of our very favorite traditions, and best part of all, my sister Jennie was able to join us for a full week to share them with us. We decorated graham cracker houses, helped a friend put on her awesome live nativity, went to Babe's Chicken and saw the moving Christmas lights at Frisco Square, drove past the temple and went to Northgate Mall to see the trains and the live puppet shows. I even let the kids take a day off school to really soak in some "Aunt Jennie" time. The kids adore her and so do I. She helped me wrap many, many presents and put together my yearly cds for the piano students, not to mention general cleaning and dish duty. I wish she could live with us for always. Ella agreed. When we regretfully had to drop Jennie off at the airport, Ella cried the entire way home. We miss you Jennie! Come back soon :)
