Ella looks extraordinarily happy in the above picture, despite the fact that she had just thrown up an hour before. I think she got the 24-hour flu bug...which hampered her enjoyment of Easter candy, but when she shook some eggs and discovered there was money in the eggs, she ran a little faster. Stephen's family traditionally has an Easter egg hunt for the older "kids" (adults), who hunt for money eggs. It's a pretty fun (and funny) tradition to watch. So, our children will also have that enjoyment throughout their lives. I love the idea of tradition and family unity.
