Egg Drop!

Ella's kindergarten class had an assignment to create a container that would protect an egg from breaking when being dropped from a two-story building. I put Daddy on the job as "project manager." He was smart enough to do his research and after looking on-line and speaking with other kindergarten parents, we decided to use nylon stockings stretched through the middle of a food storage can. When you put the egg inside the nylon, the tension keeps the egg from moving at all. So, we successfully completed the project. Ella was so happy that her egg did not crack!
