We love October--the weather is a little cooler, the treats are plentiful and the pumpkin patch is open. We've already made several trips to the pumpkin patch and we always have a great time. I took Kayla with her preschool group and after losing her four times, she is now on a leash in public places (fitting, since she is still frequently pretending to be a doggie). We also had Doug and Annie's family visit for the BYU vs. TCU game (not many positive comments to mention on that score), but we enjoyed having them come to our favorite neighborhood pumpkin patch as well.
Mom, for the record, we tried and tried to get a "cousin" picture with all of the cousins looking and this was my best attempt. C'est la vie.
