First of all, these pictures are not current. (tThey are actually two months old--I really am trying to do better!) However, they provide ample evidence that it does in fact snow in TX on occasion. The picture above with the girls, Stephen and a snowgirl is in fact in front of our house. We had more snow in one day's snowfall (10 inches!!) then there has been combined for the last five years. Crazy! I didn't mind the snow the first time the girl's went out, but by the fourth time in and out, along with the mud, wet clothes, extra laundry, need for a warm bath, etc., I was DONE with snow and am now wanting to move to AZ: 60 degree winters, 115+ degree summer, sign me up!
