For those of you checking back in, we've had a wonderful three weeks of vacation and now I have the joy of getting it all recorded. We spent our first week in Arizona. The highlight of the week was attending my brother, CJ's, missionary farewell. He proved himself to be a thoughtful and charismatic speaker. I am so proud of him, for the example he is setting and the sacrifice he is making. His choice to serve a mission for two years in a foreign country (Ghauna) for the Church of Jesus Christ of Later-day Saints is completely voluntary and something he has to finance himself--what a truly wonderful example of dedication!
As you can probably tell, we spent as much time as we could soaking up some 'CJ time' before he wished us all goodbye (from the cruise, more on that later!) Good luck Elder! We love you!!
