Tip 6: Never let a baby who likes to undo the fastens on her diaper go to bed in a jammie dress. Teach your children that excrement and crayons are two very different things and should therefore serve two very different functions. (Need I say more?--I have officially been initiated into motherhood this week. All I need now is a trip to the ER to make everything official--knock on wood!)

Oh no!! I feel so sorry for you, but had to laugh just a little :)
Oh Lauren, I'm so glad my child is not the only kid who uses natural forms of paint to make art!
yuck!
Part of the poop club-welcome! All I can say is take notes. I'm hoping it comes in handy someday for leverage...
sick! my nephew did that...and then proceeded, after "writing on the walls", to stuff the nasty stuff into all his toy cars...we think he was trying to get rid of evidence :)
Oh, I'm so sorry for you, Lauren. Can you believe I haven't experienced this yet? Knock on wood...
On another note, I really enjoyed the musical number in church today. Just a wonderful accompaniment! you are so musically talented.
On yet another note, Kayla did so well in nursery today. I was even able to console her and so was Sr. Clark. I think she's making great progress.
Welcome to the club. I'm so sorry you've been initiated. May it never be repeated!
OH, that kinda makes me laugh a little. I only know it's a matter of time for me. I hope you never get that ER visit to complete your parenting....
Hahahahaha! I have so been there! Anna went through a phase right around Kayla's age of poop painting. It was awful!!! Christian thought we should duct tape her diaper on ;) I would just have to change her immediately and be on the lookout for any signs. I hope this is just a one time thing for miss Kayla... and you! :)
Oh gross! I hope Mya is not coming up on that stage. I'm definitely not into "poop art".
Yikes! That must of been some initiation! Welcome officially to Motherhood!
Hi Lauren! I loved all the updates and pictures, but I especially loved the cruise pictures! Made me super envious!! Seems you guys are making a memorable summer. Way to go!
You have to laugh to keep from crying in such instances!
Hi, Lauren and Stephen
I have my site now, so come visit sometime!
Yeah, I am going through so many things with Ren everyday. you never be able to expect anything kids might do, but its all fun and good memory....I hope (haha)
