After last week's adventure babysitting, I was thrilled when we decided to do a "downtown" playdate...fun for Mom and kids. So while Mommy was looking at all the pricey toys at Pottery Barn and wishing she had won the 10,000 sweepstakes prize, Ella and her friends were playing "house" with all of the cute stuff at PB Kids. Of course, we "did" lunch--and yes, the looks we received with our eight children to four adults were priceless. (I am not kidding, the waitress asked me three times how many high chairs we needed!!) And for an extra special treat, she joined everybody throwing pennies into the pond. It was a beautiful day. I'm glad we all got to enjoy it.

Oh, and if you are wondering where Kayla is in all of the fun, she enjoyed the whole playdate from our double umbrella stroller with the other three babies seven months and younger. But, so I don't deprive you of her cute face, I'm also attaching a couple of her latest pictures. She really did have fun playing the piano (her first time ever!) I think I might have a pianist on my hands.

I just totally finished blogging about the same thing ;) So fun! It was a fantastic outing and we should definitely do it again sometime. I failed to represent Katie, though. Poor girl! :) The pictures of Kayla are cuties.
you moms are so brave, or you must have angelic children! looks like a fun outting.
