Our real purpose for traveling to Utah this summer was to attend my brother CJ's wedding! Hooray! I love it when one of my siblings gets married--especially to such a catch! The girls are in love with their new Aunt Taryn. There is truly something about a bride that enchants my three little girlies. Anyway, sorry CJ, but we all think you married "up."
Of course, I need to showcase my mom's wonderful talent. Taryn's wedding colors were orange and green with hints of red and yellow. I don't know why, but I could not find any dresses for girls in this color scheme that were formal enough. Luckily, my mom is an incredible seamstress--I'm sure you'll agree with me. The dresses turned out beautifully and my girls were a hit!

The reception was beautiful--the colors were fun because the a lot of the decor could be done with fruits of the season--oranges, lemons, strawberries and cherries. Plus, the reception was held in a greenhouse. It was a gorgeous setting. My kids loved dancing. In fact, we had to tear Dessie away from the dance floor when it was time to wish the newlyweds goodbye with sparklers.
We are just so happy to welcome another Lewis into the clan!
