There is such joy is attending a dance recital. I'm not sure if it is in the getting ready for it, or the watching it, but I loved it all. We pulled out the girl's costumes and grabbed the make-up with gusto. Although there were tears in her eyes as I was doing her hair, Kayla looked at the finished product and said: "I look beautiful." They both looked beautiful and it was so fun to see how much they've learned this year, right down to the correct ballet vocabulary. Can't wait until next year!
