I never thought I'd be able to say this phrase: "I've run a half marathon," but as of Memorial Day 2012, it's official. I ran 13.1 miles without stopping. This is a long way from the half mile I started with a couple of years ago. I really have to thank my two great running partners who not only encouraged me with this crazy goal, but did it with me! And I should thank my family and their families for putting together an "after-the-race" party. What an awesome feeling to check that one off of my list!

Half Marathon-Check!

Whoo whoo! Congrats.
My boys LOVED looking at all your pictures this morning. They wouldn't share me very well, so I had to have my own look through during quiet time!
