Meet Blueberry

We decided it was time for our kiddos to develop responsibility in caring for a pet. So we took a family trip to the pet store and picked out a cute blue betta fish. Ella named her Blueberry and she became part of the family. I am happy to say that two months later, Blueberry is still alive and well. This is no small blessing since Dessie enjoys dumping much more than Blueberry's allotted food requirement into her bowl whenever she can. Sigh. We are still learning responsibility. But, it is a work in progress.
