For FHE, we invited some neighbors on our block for a good-natured kickball match. We discovered that most of these kiddos have never played kickball before and they nearly got schooled in the adults vs. kids match-up. But, other than Dessie who tried to play kickball just like soccer, they all caught on really quick. We cooled down with popsicles after. It was a great way to spend an evening!
PS- If you are wondering why Ella isn't in the picture, it is because she got out on her first try by kicking a fly ball that was caught. She then "CHOSE" to play at the park instead.
