Every time Stephen gets a haircut, he tells his stylist: "I have three girls that are six, four and two." And in return, he hears: "Oh, just soak up these years, because when they are teenagers, they are going to hate you."
He came home from his last trip to the hairdresser's and said to Ella and Kayla: "Will you still like me when you are a teenager?" Kayla said, "Of course." Ella (who is already taking courses in how to be 13), said "No." But, later we found the above picture on Stephen's pillow. I intend to keep it for the day she really does become a teenager and finds her parents annoying. I will also keep the picture below which lists all of the many ways she enjoys helping and serving her family. I think it will be useful too!
