Ella was chosen as the student of the week in her first grade class. I was surprised to learn a few things about her that I didn't know. For instance, when she grows up, she wants to be a soccer player. Her favorite color is gold (who knew?) and one of her favorite activities is climbing trees (I don't believe I've ever witnessed this). There weren't any more major surprises and it was cute to see her explaining all of the things she is proud of accomplishing. We are pretty pleased with our student of the week too.
