Las Vegas

Hi fellow bloggers,

I've been a little quiet on the blog scene because we've been staying at a resort in Vegas and their computer doesn't recognize the USB port for my camera...so pictures are pending until our next stop in St. George.

Ella has been having the time of her life here. Her favorite stops have been the M&M factory (naturally), the lion exhibit at the MGM and bowling (her first time ever!). She would NOT let me help her bowl, but without my help she bowled a stellar 73 (thanks in part to the bumpers). The entire time she yelled, "I did it, you guys, I did it!" She would then jump up and down as she watched her ball slowly (and I mean slowly) go down the lane.

My Favorite Las Vegas moment:
As we were driving into the city, Ella points at the big buildings on the strip and says, "Daddy at work." We all had a good laugh from that one. Luckily, Daddy will be joining us soon (just one more day!)

My Families' Favorite Las Vegas Moment:
Ella orders a spaghetti dinner, which she eats. She also eats most of Kayla's mashed potatoes, grandma's vegetables from her salad covered in ranch dressing, french fries with gobs of ketchup and then a full bowl of ice-cream, which she licked clean and then dumped into her mouth for any remaining last drops. She got a lot of laughs.
