I think my two favorite things about Valentine's Day with kids are
1. I take new pictures of the girls and send handwritten cards to our grandparents. In return, we receive handwritten cards back often with treats and dollar bills inside!
2. Cupid comes to our home...provided that our home is a place of love and kindness. Every year the girls are surprised when Cupid leaves his packages on our doorstep. It's great!!
We usually have to save the romantic side of Valentine's Day for a weekend night. Stephen and I did "dinner and a movie" at the temple this year :) It was an awesome way to celebrate our eternal commitment.
Ella made the Valentine decor for our table (see pic below) all by herself!!
