We had such a wonderful Thanksgiving break as a family! We enjoyed having family visitors join us for a week of memory making including the following:
Trip to Grapevine Lake
A Visit to the Giant Shoe in Dallas with Aunt Diana wearing her Jerusalem get-up
Lots of time with cousins
Black Friday lines with the Lewis siblings...haven't missed a year in years!

An enjoyable meal with friends and family with a successfully cooked turkey (phew--still not perfectly confident about that)
Separate adult and kid tables--truly something to be grateful for (you've probably noticed that I put the kids in the garage...I know what you're thinking, brilliant!)
Lots of helping hands in the kitchen made the work fun and less stressful
Diana's trampoline get-up made us all smile
these three beautiful girls in their favorite fall fashion always make me smile

lauren!!! i totally thought about you on black friday. this was my 2nd year at black friday shopping (thanks to your influence). I'm seriously hooked. i had to brave the crowds this year by myself but i learned some good strategies and had a blast. i am looking forward to next year. next time you spend thanksgiving in stg we could do some serious damage. ha ha.
