I have three best friends that go all the way back to elementary school. The story of how we came to be is long and detailed; the type of story that could provide material for any teen drama. And yet, with all the messy hormonal roller coaster of growing up, we are still friends. I look them up every time I go home and it always feels like we can fall back so easily into each other's lives. Today, one of my friends is turning a quarter of a century old. Happy Birthday Anna! Have a good one. Oh, your present is on the way, but it will be late (sorry about that).
PS--What's the word on Charis and the baby??? :)
