R.I.P.
I'd like to say goodbye to a wonderful friend, who's been there for me for the last three years. For the late nights, early mornings, projects, memories, I will miss you Mac.
That's right, the hard drive on my computer died. Lesson: back up!

So awful!! That's my nightmare!
Ahhhhh...I hate that! I totally know how you are feeling right now. We have ever pic of our kids on one external hard drive--this is my back-up. Yesterday, I plugged it in and it said it was completely EMPTY!!! I had a major melt down as I imagine my children's life in pictures lost. Thankfully, by the grace of God, by the end of the day, we got it fixed and I think nothing was lost. My lesson for the day: Trust in the Lord, not in thy computer and computer back-up system. I think that should be in the Bible :) I also learned that we need to have a back-up for our back-up. Hope you get everything fixed.

I am SO sorry about your computer. I hope you can get everything off your hard drive! And I can't wait to see your Halloween pictures when you do post :) And I hope it's soon meaning that your computer will be up and running again ASAP! It was sure great to talk to you, we'll have to do that again sometime soon!
Ugh. So sorry Lauren! We are actually having issues with one of our computers right now. I certainly have a love/hate relationship with technology.
